Why send out Bull$#*! I have had 3 orders of food stolen within a month! Actually I got tired of waiting so I cancelled. Got my delivery fee refunded and closed my account. Next time you receive your order, if you actually get it, look how it appears.
GrubHub Driver is a business based in Chicago, IL. You input the code they email you, and they say you cannot redeem it. I still end up paying them $5? There is no care for their drivers. I'm done with them. Best times to work is lunch and dinner hours. And one day they message me saying that I committed fraud, under some type of “penalty.”
Terrible staff, no upper management, can’t ask anyone to or for a appeal your decision when you get fired, no actual reasons or follow up, not allowed to talk to anyone who actually makes devices, they just leave it like that I am absolutely so offended and disgusted in their customer serviceDepending on where you live this can be a hit or miss. GrubHub consistently has deals of "free delivery" or get X off a delivery. Misleading ads makes me pissed off and I also unsubscribed, so great job ad team, you get an F.
