Their relatively cheap EU pressings use recordings now in public domain. I've never seen anything like it and I didn't think they could print like that back then. Bill Evans gibt klar den Ton an, lässt mit seiner offenen Spielweise aber - wie gewohnt - sehr viel Raum für seinen gleichberechtigten "Sideman", was ein doppeltes Kunststück ist, da Jim Hall (the quiet one) ohnehin sehr leise und sparsam spielt und man ihn mit Akkorden leicht zuhämmern könnte.
