We have already been to see Sweeney at Chichester twice and we have now been to see it AGAIN now it has reached London. Loved by critics and audiences alike, this was a spectacular and memorable production at the Adelphi Theatre London. 34 wins & 75 nominations. Michael Ball was his usual brilliant self, but I have to say Imelda Staunton steals the show. An artificial man, who was incompletely constructed and has scissors for hands, leads a solitary life. I am a great fan of this musical, but I can say that this performance was the best I ever saw. If you are an old school Office fan and liked the show for it's more restrained and heart warming moments, this episode offers that. Thank You for the show it was fantastic.
