Her words are very relatable. Mindfully Evie's Book is full of this type of self-protection and self-compassionate beliefs about yourself. It's an absolute scandal that M.E sufferers like myself are left abandoned by NHS - Evie has donated 10 % of the sales to 'Invest in M.E'. I found it beautifully written, and quite amazing that the author can offer such wisdom from their own personal journey as detailed in this book.

Evie has a gift for being able to put into words the mental struggles and often overwhelming thought processes that accompany chronic illness! Within These Four Walls is an uplifting, positive and admirable creation.
My view of a lonely life. Within These Four Walls is a wonderful read that is full of wisdom, hope and humility.
“Within these four walls” will be next to my bed so it is within arm’s reach for whenever I need some positivity and encouragement when life gets tough.
