I had the encrusted chicken which tasted very similar to a good chicken franchese. I got the caprese salad, and the waitress informed me that the mozzarella is made freshly in-house, and I definitely noticed its great taste. My dining partner is vegitarian so she had the veggie "meet balls" and they were great! Just found it next to hotel will definitely return if in area.

Sides were great and the bread was warm and yummy. Open seasonally in Saratoga Springs. By far the healthiest, most filling, fresh pizza around. My wife went old school and got chicken parm. Vines Bistro. The staff was friendly and personable. We had a nice mix...Really good overall dinner, my ribeye with garlic and rosemary demi special was amazing, my wife's chicken parmesan was not memorable, but then again chicken parm is usualy not a show stopper.
