Uni’s trademarked Super ink is waterproof and fade-resistant, which is pretty much a given, but it’s also tamper-resistant. I've also tried the uniball signo white pens. The Sakura Pigma Micron is available at a really reasonable price, particularly considering the features you get.
Staedtler Pigment Liners are even more maintenance free than other disposable drawing pens because they can be left uncapped for up to 18 hours without drying out. Staedler Pigment Liner used to be my go to brand when I was studying overseas.
