Would highly recommend the churros.Every dish is delicious. Definitely recommend the Bear. Amazing, unique food.Went in on a Wednesday for happy hour. Waiter was very nice and efficient - the entire staff in fact was great. The first visit was enjoyable enough we went back 2 weeks later, but this visit was not up to par. Two, the pacing was off. The hostess brought it to the wrong table even though I tried to flag her down. Service was great. But whatever, c’est la vie.Our group tried just about every dish on the menu, and everything was tasty and fresh! The restaurant itself was great the server was just okay, a little serious. Short Rib Tamal and Churros are a must! The server was very knowledgeable and the food was amazing. The half chicken was delicious but was difficult to cut and eat with the tools and space at the table. One, the food is pretty much all spicy, ranging from hot to really hot. Usually have great meals here but for some reason the flavors just seemed off this evening.

The food was fantastic; if you go get the asado!Connor is the best server in Denver! The hamachi was my favorite of the evening. As Sadie and I continue to play catch-up with Denver’s dining scene, we made our way to Señor Bear for brunch. While this modern haunt in Denver’s hip neighborhood of LoHi embraces energetic dinners, crispy shoestrings papas fritas, and late night caipirinha’s, the brunch does not disappoint. I'm also gluten free, our server was very knowledgeable. Considering how hard it was to get a reservation combined with the fact that the overall experience was just "okay", I don't think we'll be returning. We had a great time at Señor Bear!
