COVID-19 has altered the world around us. Due to current and historical exploitation and racism, youth of color are disproportionally impacted. This overrepresentation directly correlates to the racism our society has institutionalized since the country’s founding and the continued inequities and injustices that Black people experience every day.New Avenues stands in solidarity with the Black community and all those protesting in this powerful movement.
