Maintenance wise I changed the spark plugs out after 7 years with no difficulty, kept the oil changed properly since new (Motorcraft oil filters exclusively) and put a new accessory drive belt and brake pads on last year just because I thought it was time. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?
