Not Now. The staff is very attentive. Prices per bottle weren't cheap...I visit many MI wineries and usually there's at least one bottle under $20. !Word to the wise, do not waste your time and money on the tour. Wine and Cheese PLEASE!!!!!! Detroit Vineyards sources cold-tolerant grapes from different regions of Michigan, and it ferments, crushes and bottles its wines on site. When we got the bill they charged  all of us for a tour and tasting at $35 ea. I sampled quite a few of the meads and the Raspberry Melomel and Strawberry-Vanilla were refreshing and delicious!

By time we left we had tried the entire menu! I was also disappointed they didn't have flights but it was because of how busy it was. I enjoyed everything I had, the Chardonnay and Franc Rose; my husband had the Great place with awesome, friendly, knowledgeable staff and delicious product - wines, meads, and and the Raspberry Melomel and Strawberry-Vanilla were refreshing and delicious!

If you haven't checked this place out....what are you waiting for?This hidden jewel in the city I recently discovered as I've begun to attend an Open Mic hosted here on Wednesday nights. Good people lifting the city up. The wines they make are delicious, around $10+ per 4oz pour (and they measure it out). Won't vines everywhere pretty up the city? That being said, only a few weeks in, many things are still in the works and I'm excited to see where they are headed. Before hand I made a reservation for a wine tasting tour which my confirmation stated it was $25 when I called to confirm they stated the price was incorrect due to a system problem and wouldn't be able to honor the $25 tour at my reservation time...what? It reminded me of the bars in Europe where I live. ($5 more than we were told it would be and definitely more than the tour and a cider should be). From the looks of the place didn't seem like I missed much from the tour and if anything I would think they would want to get their business some type of activity since it was almost empty when I visited.Should become a destination place.

They make wine, ciders and meads. got 7 new clients (besides us) from our visit. This was the classic flight. Would definitely come check the place out. Frankly the tasting was also a terrible value since they pour about an ounce and a half of 5 wines and charge you $20 for it. I was also pleasantly surprised with the wine (I tried the "premium flight" and took home the oaked chardonnay and the cabernet sauvignon). There is so much vacant land. Only issue is the opening weekend they didn't have any flights. Grapes are sourced statewide and also from small plots across the city.
