Equipped with regulator ring we saw on some previous models ( for example ECP3630 ) this wand could help you with creating a perfect foam. Ça fonctionne très bien.
They said they would be contacted but probably wouldn't be able to replace with a new unit. There is some learning curve to get used to this machine, but once you have it, it only take 5 minutes from start to finish (cleaning) for a nice shot of espresso. I've used Delonghi filters and Delonghi DeCaulking liquid when the machine indicated it needed descaling. Can’t be beat! Have cleaned the unit completely after every use, which is daily. But you fix the problems very fast just by running the machine with water for 5 seconds. the milk frother works well easy to clean, for my first espresso machine that isnt a pod enviro disaster, it is good, easy to use/clean and holding up well (had it over a month done my first descaling) If I could do it over? if you drink coffee mainly from keurigs and donut shops, then this will work for you.
