My performance has been down for the past 2 weeks that this has been happening. I currently sleep 8 hours a night. I wish I could get 10-11 hours of rest during the week but that never happens. If i go to bed earlier hoping to catch up on some sleep I'll just wake up 6-7 hours after I went to bed.

However, I would have an extra hour of time if I only slept for 7 hours, allowing for slightly more studying, gaming, work etc. Most people can function fine with 5 hours, do you feel you need more? Sleep needs vary from person to person, but a good number of the people who anecdotally tell you they only need 7 or fewer hours of sleep actually need more sleep, and just have been depriving themselves so long their body stopped trying to help get back on track.
Can't sleep more than four hours at most I don't usually have any trouble falling asleep, but I always wake up before my alarm goes off, at around 2 or 3 a.m. I can't seem to every get 7 or more hours for the life of me.
