When Johnny introduced himself and began his storytelling, I was captivated. Good storytellers are rare and Johnny Daly is one of the best. Two of us were squeezed in a space where two tables met and both had to straddle the tables' legs, not being able to pull the chairs in under the table. The Brazen Head is a fabulous bar. The food was good but it was the basic tourist Irish menu.This was a great experience. Since this was my first visit to Ireland, this was a great evening and introduction to storytelling in the Irish tradition.

He did such a great job bringing the struggle and history of the Irish people to life. A most enjoyable night and one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. Sometimes he was a bit difficult to hear as the room acoustics were not great. With a room of almost 60 people that should have held 40, a surprising amount of "down time' and a steady stream of background noise lessened the value. He was a phenomenal storyteller and he spoke about how Irish people lived pre and post the potato famine. We loved everything about it.
